Yes. New builds, additions, and structural renovations are filed with the DOB by our office with our architect and engineer partners. You get one point of contact from filing through sign-off.
Yes — vertical additions, rear extensions, and dormers are core JBS work, subject to your lot's zoning (FAR, setbacks). We check feasibility during the free estimate before you spend anything on drawings.
